Lisa Rose is a native of eastern North Carolina and grew up in a Marine Corps family. Previously, she was a high school English teacher and taught in both North and South Carolina. She received her BA in English from National University, teaching certification through East Carolina University, and Paralegal certificate through the Paralegal Studies Program at the University of South Carolina. Hobbies include music and art, and a lifelong love of dogs and horses.
