Kelly L. Greene was born in Raleigh, North Carolina, and graduated from Woodberry Forest School in Virginia. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in English from Wake Forest University in 1996 and went on to obtain his Juris Doctor from Campbell University School of Law in 1999.
Kelly was admitted to the North Carolina State Bar in 1999. He is a member of the Craven County Bar Association and served as its President from 2003 to 2004. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. He maintains active memberships in the North Carolina Bar Association and the North Carolina Advocates for Justice.
Mr. Greene’s practice is focused on criminal defense in both state and federal courts, as well as family law matters. He is known for his dedication to his clients, strategic approach to litigation, and commitment to justice in Eastern North Carolina.
