Stephanie Whiddon earned her Associate Degree in paralegal technology in 1994 and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice and Criminology in 2010. Stephanie was awarded membership in the National Criminal Justice Honor Society and obtained her North Carolina State Bar Paralegal Certification in June 2006. Stephanie has more than 20 years of paralegal experience, with 15 years exclusively in the area of family law and federal criminal defense. Stephanie is now the managing paralegal for Greene Wilson Crow Smith, overseeing all paralegal and legal assistant work product. As a family law paralegal, Stephanie assists clients in issues related to divorce, custody, domestic violence, equitable distribution, child support, and alimony. As a federal criminal paralegal, Stephanie assists clients in discovery review and notation, electronic filing, and case coordination. Stephanie’s successful career as a paralegal, both in family law and federal criminal law, provides clients with assistance in the day to day progress with their cases.
